The Service Manager creates lifetime customers by delivering an unsurpassed customer experience. This person needs to be able to navigate and direct the department to reach new heights in employee / customer satisfaction and profitability. A visionary of the business looking to explore new opportunities in the automotive field sustaining growth and service objectives. Import experience in an Automotive Dealership is essential. We are looking for the right Candidate with the right vision for success.
Responsibilities and Duties
Running efficient and profitable department
Manage hiring and training
Lead activities to keep customers coming back
Supervise cost controls, safety & compliance
Providing the energy to motivate staff
CSI evaluating and understanding processes - driving the results.
Qualifications and Skills
- Service Management experience at the dealership level is required
- Professional appearance
- Strong communication skills
- Able to sell/recommend service
- Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Pass a drug test (Marijuana Positive will fail)
