Job Summary

Hansel Subaru of Santa Rosa is seeking a Warranty Administrator to help us maintain our exceptional customer service ratings. Business is booming and we're looking for the best!

This person must be able to process claims and balance the schedules when processing payment from the manufacture. We are looking for a minimum of one year experience processing warranty claims in a dealership environment. We offer hourly pay plus incentives.

Job Purpose

To enhance the customer experience by communicating with the customer, the service staff and the manufacturer to ensure timely service, ensuring that all appropriate documents are in place and following up with customers to make sure their needs were met.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Coding and processing claims for submission to the Manufacture for payment on warranty work performed in the shop.
  • Reviewing and balancing the various warranty schedules.
  • Appealing claims as needed for payment on work performed.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Automotive Warranty Experience
  • Knowledge of automotive warranty procedures
  • Understanding of Automotive Service Terms
  • Able to multi-task
  • Computer skills
  • Sharp communication skills
