Service Product Specialist - Hansel Ford
Hansel Ford is developing a new position to aid in First of Class Customer Service
This is a newly developed position to support the Front Line Service Advisors.
The Job Responsibility would be to contact customers to advise them on their vehicle's service needs after it is inspected by a shop technician.
Must have a solid Automotive back ground that can be used to effectively communicate with our customers and fellow employees on needed work.
Adhere to set timelines and Detailed Oriented.
Example: if a technician inspects a vehicle during a normal service and determines that brakes are needed the Product Specialist would estimate the job and communicate with the customer advising on them on the needed work and gaining an agreement on the repair and price. This individual would update the repair order and advise the Service Advisor of the additional work sold and revised timeline.
The ideal candidate would have previous Automotive shop Service Writing and Technical experience -
Excellent communication skills
Work effectively with others
Thrive in a quick paced environment.
Solid computer skills a must
CDK computer experience a real plus
Quick paced Automotive Shop experience is a must - Dealership experience is a plus.
Hourly plus Performance Bonus
This is a full time position
